Labour has now launched its manifesto for the borough elections on 5 May

This manifesto is a pledge from the Labour Party in Richmond upon Thames to bring efficiency to Richmond council’s dealings with you. We want to bring an end to Lib Dem – Conservative complacency. We are offering candidates committed to their wards and the issues they face. We offer competence, compassion, and leadership where no other party does.
